Mark Young is a trial lawyer with a degree in chemical engineering. Practicing law since 1976 and a shareholder with the firm for almost 20 years, he is one of the managing attorneys for our Milwaukee office. Mr. Young has handled all types of personal injury cases, but has particular experience with cases involving technical, scientific or engineering matters, such as automobile accident reconstruction, automotive safety (airbags, seats, seatbelts, body integrity), product liability, and construction and workplace methods and equipment. He has tried numerous cases in Wisconsin and been admitted to handle such cases in more than 10 other states. He has lectured and authored on subjects of civil litigation and teaches advanced trial practice at Marquette University Law School. Mr. Young is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an associate member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and listed in “The Best Lawyers in America 2005-2006.”
