Two injured in accident in Racine County

Two people were injured in a high-speeding car accident in Racine County.

A 54-year-old man was driving a truck on Braun Road when he struck a Dodge Durango head-on. Witnesses to the accident reported that the man was driving over the speed limit when the accident occurred.

He was transported to the hospital for his injuries but was later released. The passenger in the Durango was also taken to the hospital and treated for neck and shoulder pain.
