Woman killed in Manitowoc County crash

A 34-year-old Sheboygan County woman was killed as a result of a car accident that occurred on Dairyland Road when the woman struck a patch of ice.

The woman was traveling in her Toyota Corolla with a 35-year-old male passenger when her car hit the patch of ice and she lost control. This then caused the woman’s car to strike a Ford Explorer that was being driven by a 23-year-old man.

The 35-year-old passenger in the Corolla was seriously injured and the  driver of the Explorer as well as a 6-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries.  The 34-year-old woman was killed from injuries sustained in the crash.
