Pedestrian killed in a Waukegan accident

After being struck by a passing vehicle on Saturday morning, one Waukegan salesman was killed and another was injured.

As a result of this accident, authorities charged 26-year-old Aaron Stoen with reckless homicide, aggravated DUI, and reckless driving. The accident occurred when Stoen’s car leapt over the curb on Sunset Avenue and hit the two men.

At the Wisconsin firm of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ®, we understand how traumatic unexpected accidents can be. We send our deepest condolences to the families and friends affected by this tragic accident.
