One injured in Sheboygan rollover accident

A 48-year-old woman was injured in a rollover accident in Sheboygan over the weekend.

According to officials, the woman was the passenger in a 2001 Corvette when the 56-year-old man who was driving the car lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons and ran off the side of the road.

The car then began to spin out of control and it flipped over and rolled until it came to a stop on its roof. The driver was not injured, but the woman was trapped in the vehicle and had to be removed by the Jaw of Life when emergency crews got to the scene. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
