A Wisconsin man was arrested for drunken driving and kicked out the back window of a cop car after being arrested.

The 39-year-old man was pulled over by police after a citizens called local police to complain about a reckless driver. After police pulled the man over, they noticed that he had bloodshot eyes and was slurring his speech. Officers then conducted a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer test.

The man had a blood-alcohol level of .206, which is nearly three times the legal limit. After the man was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of the cop car, police began to search his vehicle.

The man then began to kick the window and he shattered the glass causing nearly $200 worth of damage. He was then charged with a DUI and other felony charges and taken to the Lake County Jail.
