A 38-year-old man was arrested for his 7th drunk driving charge after owners of a store called the police on him when he stumbled around the store slurring his speech and then returned to the car and drove off.

The man went into the store at 12:30 p.m. in order to use the bathroom and witnesses claim that he smelled of alcohol. He then drove away from the store and owners called the police to warn them of a possible drunk driver.

He was pulled over on I-94 with a blood alcohol content of 0.259. This was the man’s 7th drunk driving arrest and the first occurred in 1992.
