Man killed in motorcycle accident in Columbus

One man was killed after a motorcycle accident at the intersection of State Highway 16 and 60. The passenger, the man’s daughter, was also seriously injured in the accident.

The 54-year-old man was driving the motorcycle eastbound on Highway 16 when he attempted to make a left turn and he collided with a pickup truck.

The father was pronounced dead at the scene and his 24-year-old daughter was seriously injured and taken to Columbus Hospital to be treated. The driver of the truck was not injured in the accident. Wisconsin State Highway Patrol, is currently investigating the accident at this time.
