Police seek reckless endangerment for driver that caused accident

Police in Brown County are currently seeking reckless endangerment charges for a case where an erratic driver that caused an accident on Highway 41.

According to police officials, the accident occurred last Wednesday just after 7:30 p.m. when a 64-year-old minivan driver was allegedly recklessly driving down the roadway and struck two cars on the southbound lanes of the highway while trying to drive in between them.

A 47-year-0ld woman suffered neck and back injuries as a result and was transported to the hospital. The investigation into the accident is still underway, but officials believe that he hit four other cars.
